Peach Avalanche Rose Shower Bouquet

A beautiful country style shower bouquet featuring gorgeous Peach Avalanche roses with wax flower, lisianthus, eucalyptus, rosemary and variegated ivy.  Made using traditional methods each flower and foliage is individually wired and the bouquet is then arranged and secured.

The design is framed with a collar of dyed oak leaves, and finished with a co-ordinating ribbon handle, a ribbon bow and a selection of decorative pins.

  

Rustic Country Posy

A pretty rustic style posy of flowers and foliage, suitable for a Thank You gift or a New Baby or any time you would like to send a token of your affection. Beautifully wrapped, country style, with a large voile bow. They also make lovely simple table decorations or bridesmaid bouquets for a country wedding. 

Rosa Djoena

The beautiful slightly salmon pink mixes well with other colours and the rose just keeps getting bigger as it slowly opens. These roses lasted nearly three weeks in a vase.

A Hybrid Tea Rose variety with a lovely classic flower

shape. The fresh light pink colour, combined with the dark green leaf is really eye-catching. The large bud on the almost thornless, long stems, make this breed of rose very popular.

"Amelia" Silk Bouquet

At Gild the Lily we love all flowers and that includes Silk or artificial ones.

We use top quality blooms that are 

so real looking that sometimes is difficult to tell them apart from actual flowers. 

There are so many advantages to having silk flowers for your wedding, especially if you have your heart set on something out of season or difficult to get hold of. If you are getting married abroad your wedding flowers can be made in advance and will happily travel in your suitcase. 

A whole range of accessories can also be made, such as haircombs and wrist corsages, to complete the look. Butterflies, crystals and beads in fact anything you like can be added just for you.

Rosa "Mimi Eden"

A gorgeous bright pink centre with an outer ring of creamy petals make up a round, dense head.

This rose is a favourite of mine that I use often, and recommend to my brides who would like a romantic style.

A great value flower as each stem has many heads and buds of various sizes. It is particularly suitable for hair garlands and corsages, and mixes well with other pink, cream and lilac roses. Looks wonderful in table decorations and pew ends.

Silk Flower Bouquets and Accessories

Following several requests I have decided to add bouquets, accessories and arrangements made with silk or artificial flowers.

The range of colours and flower varieties available is amazing, and I carefully select each flower from a number different suppliers.

The flowers are wired and taped individually using traditional florist methods, Are light to carry, robust and easily manipulated into shape.

I like to use flowers that look real in colour and size as they photograph well and it is often difficult to tell the difference between them and real flowers.

I love a natural cottage garden look though there are also some wonderful fantasy flowers that are fun for a quirky modern style. Custom orders are always welcome and  I can add Pearls, Crystals, Beaded Flowers anything to make your design unique and a reflection of you.
